Our air conditioning unit gave out on Christmas Eve. Mark was the first person to answer his phone after ringing multiple companies. From then on every person I dealt with has been exceptional. Richard and a mate did the work and were always tidy, polite and up front with what was needed. Definitely one of the better companies I have dealt with in BOP and would recommend them. We live in Papamoa, they came from Katikati and still arrived on time at 8am in the morning!!

I needed help with servicing an air-conditioning unit urgently in December 2024. Mark and his team were incredibly helpful, they were on the job the same day, and did a fantastic job. I was so impressed and grateful! I'm using them again next week for another client. Thanks again :)

We have just had Alex from Western Bay Air Conditioning install a new unit as well as service two other units. All work was so tidily completed. Dealing with Mark the owner of the business was also a positive experience and pricing of the new unit was very competitive. I would certainly recommend anybody to use this company.

Incredible A+++ service from Mark (and Richard) and the team. Our heat pump gave our days before Xmas and they were there to assess the issues. Turned out we needed a new one. Mark worked in with our insurance and it was replaced within days of it coming through. Can't recommend higher let alone how much we really appreciated it. Highly recommend - best service - fast super charge friendly professional and easy to deal with.

Repaired our Fujitsu heat pump. Really great to deal with. Alex, the young man who did our job had good, timely communication and did a great job at getting the heat pump working. From the initial inquiry to the end result, a great company to deal with.

I can highly recommend Mark from Western Bay of Plenty Air Conditioning. When called, he promptly came to quote and arrived when promised. His quote to install a small reverse cycle Air Conditioner in our cabin/pod was very reasonable. He was able to install a small Fujitsu unit which we are very happy with. It is perfect for our needs - low profile & very, very quiet. He even installed the outdoor unit where it would be out of sight, rather than just going for the easier back to back option. His workmanship was excellent and he left our property clean and tidy. Very happy!

We've dealt with Mark and his team twice in the last couple of months - once for a simple unit service and the second time for installation of three air conditioning units. Each time we've been really impressed with how promptly they've been able to provide a quote and get the work done. When we had a minor issue the day after installation they were literally here to sort it out within five minutes. Everything has been working perfectly ever since. Really lovely people to deal with too. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended. Mark installed some air conditioning heat pumps for us in our new house which had no heating at all before he came round. He did this as a priority because I have asthma. The house is warm and dry now and my asthma is all good. The service was very efficient and friendly, Mark was able to source units for us quickly despite all the logistical difficulties of our present world at a great price. He came round and checked it all a few weeks afterwards at no charge, its going great.

I recently had Mark and the team quote and install Aircon in my house. Cannot reccomend them more highly. Every aspect of dealling with Western Bay Air Conditioning was miles ahead of all the other companies we dealt with for quotes. Mark was quick to get in touch and organise doing the quote, once the quote was approved the turn around to installing was quick, the install team were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and did an immaculate job. 10/10 would/will use them again.
