Our air conditioning unit gave out on Christmas Eve. Mark was the first person to answer his phone after ringing multiple companies. From then on every person I dealt with has been exceptional. Richard and a mate did the work and were always tidy, polite and up front with what was needed. Definitely one of the better companies I have dealt with in BOP and would recommend them.
